Current research
Heads the evaluation of the religious NGOs' projects on indigeneous peoples on behalf of NORAD. Participates in the collaboration programme 'State Failure and Regional Insecurity' with a sub project on Ethiopia and its neighbouring countries.
Mapping of Norwegian strategic interests in Central America. See the project Central America and Norwegian Interests.
Editor of Forum for Development Studies, a Nordic journal in the area of development research.
