Current research

Is working on problems related to aid, aid discourse and the effects of aid. Did recently complete his doctoral project focusing on different types of governance in Malawi and how this is affected by foreign aid. 

He is also working on the project Foreign policy as part of global health challenges. The project assumes that health issues are becoming increasingly more integrated with other foreign policy interests and seeks to map out the consequences this has on foreign policy, diplomatic practices and global governance. The project involves researchers from five countries.

Also doing consultancies within the field of foreign aid and development issues.
