Current research
Christine Mee Lie is currently working on the project “R&D Policy by Sector: A Cross-Country Investigation” [2012-2015], financed by the Norwegian Research Council. The project carries out a set of empirical analyses, combining micro-econometric and qualitative methods of research, to analyze the effectiveness of R&D policy on firms’ innovation efforts and performance, study the extent to which these vary across industries, and discusses how R&D tax incentives schemes could be redesigned in order to take the sectoral dimension into account.
