Evaluation of Development in Guatemala
NUPI and the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR) are to evaluate the development cooperation between Norwegians NGOs and their local partners. The main purpose of the evaluation is to provide a systematic assessment of the outcomes of Norwegian development cooperation in Guatemala.
The project will be led by Senior Research Fellow Axel Borchgrevink from NUPI. Research Fellow Anita Haslie, NUPI, will also participate in the project , which is financed by the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
