This project maps Russian research and innovation within the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy and possibilities for Nordic cooperation with Russia within these fields. To answer the question on how conditions in the Russian energy sector affect the possibilities to make the sector more efficient and to renew energy sources. The purpose of the project is also to map relations in the Russian energy sector as to for instance competence, research, research policy and market conditions.
