Working hours at NUPI: 15 September - 14 May 08.00 - 15.45; 15 May - 14 September 08.00 - 15.00 (Central European Time, CET). The NUPI reception is closed during the holidays.

- By underground: Take any line to Stortinget station, use the Grensen exit.
- By tram: Take line 11 (Majorstuen - Kjelsås) to the stop "Tinghuset"
- By tram: Take line 17 (Rikshospitalet - Grefsen) to the stop "Tinghuset"
